Since we were going away for Christmas we celebrated our little family Christmas on the 22nd before we left for Seattle on the 23rd!

Mommy opening her "stocking present" which ended up not really being a stocking present as Matthew cheated on the rules and got us a night at the Benson Hotel in downtown Portland, complete with baby sitting-my parents are coming down this next weekend to watch Cayden while we go away. Apparently this hotel is pretty famous as all the United States presidents have stayed here so far and he got a great deal on the internet and surprised me with it!! So excited to go!

This year was game year ($3/game after Thanksgiving was a great deal for all these beginner games :)!) Hi-Ho Cheery-O (we have played this game at least 50 times since). We also got him Candyland and Chutes and Ladders which we play a lot of too :)

YEA! A Wii game-the Elmo one!
Cayden made us this cool ornament at Preschool-so precious! He insisted it went on his tree :)
After we opened presents we went out to Claim Jumper for dinner! It was a really good way to start Christmas with just the three of us :)!
