For Christmas Matthew got me a night away at a pretty famous hotel downtown Portland, complete with babysitting from Grandpa and Grandma! So on January 29 we took off to the Benson Hotel and spent two days walking around downtown exploring the city. We had a really good time and it was nice to have some quality time together! It is amazing to be able to sleep in without Cayden waking us up :)!

Cayden didn't miss us at all because Grandpa and Grandma took good care of him! Thanks Grandpa and Grandma!!!!
Plus he got to play some Wii-which is always a bonus for him :)!
We had a wonderful weekend and are so thankful we have my parents close by so we can actually do things like this again!!! Thanks Matthew for the wonderful present!
