I am proud to announce that Cayden is officially Potty Trained!!! This was a major milestone for us as we are now diaper free! I think June 1 was the day I declared Cayden Potty Trained since he was completely dry throughout the night and after that we have never put another diaper on him again! Potty Training was simpler than I thought. About a month and a half ago we told Cayden that if he wanted to play the Wii anymore, he would have to pee on the potty. He would ask almost daily if he could play the Wii and we reminded him over and over again that he had to pee on the potty before he could play.
About a month later he asked once again if he could play Wii and reminded him what he would have to do and then all of a sudden he said, "I have to go pee" so we ran to the bathroom and he did just that! We celebrated a ton and the rest is history! Who would have thought the Wii could be a 2 year old's driving force to be potty trained?! Our little boy is not so little anymore because now we refer to him as our big boy :)! I guess that is the label you get when you become potty trained! Yea Cayden!!!!
