We continued to stay busy with company! The weekend of October 15-17 my good friends Val and Joy came down for the weekend and Brett came down to keep Matthew company-Brett actually stayed until Wednesday morning so we had a full house for awhile! It was a great weekend full of shopping, hanging out downtown at the Saturday market, going to the movies, and just hanging out! So fun!

Then on October 28 Cayden and I picked up Rob and Karen Kimmons (from California) from the airport and got to hang out with them on Thursday and Friday. Karen's brother lives in Portland so we were blessed to be able to spend a few days with them and hang out with some familiar faces again! Sort of made us feel like we were back in Azusa hanging out with them-we miss everyone there! Rob and Karen are now back in Chad, Africa where they are missionaries. We are so happy we got to see them before they headed back!
